Purpose: Cause a subboard to be skipped during Global commands

When you first sign-on to a CNet system, you are by default a "member" of all of the subboards that the system has to offer. You can withdrawl your "membership" in any subboard by entering DROP at that subboard's prompt. DROP may also be used with a RANGE of subboard numbers, such as DROP 2 or DROP 1-5, to drop subboards other that the one your are in.
Once you have Dropped a subboard, all "global" commands (access all subboards) will SKIP OVER that subboard. This includes commands like RA (Read Global New items), ZG (Search Global text), and the "scan for new items" that appears immediately after logon.
To un-drop a subboard, a complementary command JOIN exists, which may be used in a manner similar to DROP.
